

Antoine has spent a number of years competing in combat sports and as a youngster was the British Tae Kwon Do champion on various occasions. His achievements didnt stop there. He also competed in a number of boxing matches successfully winning all of his matches alongside playing football in later years.
Antoine's experience within the health & fitness industry includes having his own Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning facility where he works with people ranging from Mixed Martial artists, footballers to clients who want to lead a healthier life. He has also been involved in sports team coaching and has taught and developed group training strategies and classes for corporate clients for a number of years.
He has a strong focus on mobility, movement and strength training and believes if the body is balanced and moving effectively your life will be all the better for it. With everyone's goals being different he is able to tailor and adjust specific programs for people allowing there progress to be steady and evident. This is done through generic and specific testing methods which help clients understand where they have improved and where they need to develop.
The key thing for Antoine is to educate and empower people on best practise and enhance there understanding of fitness and nutrition allowing them to make informed decisions.
He is consistently researching and studying new methods of training and is focused on self development. In 2019 he will begin his MSc in Strength & Conditioning.
